Behaviour change is a problem that’s been pretty much solved. You’ll be using behaviour science principles like accountability, structure and if/then planning – but that’s all in the background. Your mission is just to choose a game, and start playing.

We’re amazing when we know someone is watching us. In the Accountability Game, you report to someone on how you’re going. In the Staking Game, you risk money, and forfeit it to charity if you don’t do what you said. And in the Team Game, the gamesmaster introduces you to a crew of like-minded people, and you all compare notes online. Lots of laughs, and after 12 weeks, you have a new superpower. Reliability.
