Regular exercise? Study discipline? Less screen time? You can use this simple method to get yourself a new habit.
First, get clear on what actions you’ll take (e.g. jogging 3 times a week). Then scroll down and commit to 6 weeks, at $7 a week. Now you’ve got a system and a coach. Text us every Sunday with a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’. Did you take the actions or not?
Being accountable makes the difference. And taking the actions for six weeks rewires your brain.
