This is not a course to teach you AI. It’s a course that uses AI to help you advance a new or existing project. Completely tailored to your personal ambitions.

AI is really useful. It can advise and even persuade — but it can’t act. We can help you with the action part.

We’ll hold your hand at all stages; guiding you in the focused use of AI, providing tech support and prompts, asking questions, and helping you construct clear goals. And from Day Two you’ll take action, using the principles of behaviour science.

No prior knowledge of AI is required. If you can open a web page, you’re good to go.

Here are the key elements of the program:

Reflection
You’ll get a new cut at your strengths and weaknesses. We’ll develop prompts you can then put into ChatGPT to help you get specific about what you want, and generate a plan.

Reframing
We look at what you’re up to and where you’re stuck. We factor in your belief-structure, e.g. do you want to base the process in particular spiritual or philosophical frameworks? Or particular scientific disciplines? Unprecedented customisation.

Where are you blocked? What helpful parts of your identity can you activate? We quiz you, then use Notebook LM to generate a two person discussion you can listen to about your life, your patterns, and possible pathways.

Action
You’ll discover a whole new toolkit for taking action. We provide a reporting structure that turns your wish list into actions in the real world. You’ll be shocked at how reliable you suddenly become. Once you’ve used this system successfully, you’ll be ongoingly motivated, and you can apply that technique to future tasks and challenges in life. Forever.
