That’s the hardest part over and done with.
The week starts Monday. Report by email or SMS whether you took the actions you promised . You need to do this by the end of Sunday, i.e. midnight.
Here’s how you report
- Send ‘NAILED IT‘ if you were 100% successful.
- Send ‘FORFEIT‘ if you missed your promise.
- Send ‘EMERGENCY‘ if sickness prevented you carrying out your promise, and we won’t deduct your stake.
- Send ‘PAUSE‘ if you want to pause your stake from next Monday. You can’t pause the current week unless it’s an authentic emergency.
- Send ‘DELETE‘ if you want to delete your stake from next Monday. You can’t delete the current week unless it’s an emergency.
- Send ‘EDIT‘ and any changes to your promise – again, they will start from the next Monday.
