Normally we’re so busy with life that we don’t stop to check on something as fundamental as our happiness. This one hour seminar is that check. It’s for normal, busy, people who are already enjoying life and want to add something. Without six months of mindfulness training or a three day course. It’s not suitable for people with mental health issues.
No prep is needed, but you can start to think about an area of life where you’d like a little more sunshine. The seminar is light and breezy and very straight-forward. Cost: an hour of your time. Benefit: elevated happiness in your life.
