Online health motivation
We’re using the latest in behaviour science to get you reliably taking action on your program (dietary or exercise or both).
The method is off-the-charts effective and it’s all online. Designed by coaches Ben Raphael and Bret Treasure, it has people follow their program 96% of the time. We know of no other system that effective.
The behaviour science
You’ll use behaviour science based on Nobel Prize winning research conducted by Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky. Risking the loss of money activates the survival circuitry of your brain, giving privileged access to action centres. And having a coach adds extra accountability, keeping you honest, supporting you and challenging you.
It’s a twelve session online series. Sessions run from 15 minutes to an hour. You’ll have the moral support of others on the journey with you, though everyone’s objectives and results are private and protected.
By default, sessions are Microphones On, Cameras Off for participants.
You’ll be surprised at how reliable you get at taking promised actions. This is about changing how you think of yourself; it’s about your identity.
The cost is $465 if you book after Session One or $365 if you pay upfront. Want to talk to the coach first? (I would!) Call Bret on +61 409 908 133.
Next info session is Sunday, 23rd July, 8:00PM Eastern Australian time. Sessions run weekly after that until Octover 8th.
