Jonny Christie

Jonny founded Agility Rehabilitation in 2012 to follow his passion in exercise physiology and rehabilitation programs. His experience spans work injury rehabilitation, income protection, injury prevention, corporate health and chronic disease management. Jonny is down to earth, honest and pragmatic and promotes a 'less rules, more options' approach to movement and activity.
